    We are asking for pre-registration to help us plan for the evening. Your registration information WILL NOT be connected with your participation in the feedback session, so responses will remain anonymous.

    Event Instructions

    The event will begin with a brief
    welcome and instructions, then there
    will be multiple feedback stations you
    may visit and fill out a response card.

    There is no cost to participate.
    Parking is free and refreshments will
    be provided. Children are welcome to
    attend and may participate as a family
    if desired.
