I downloaded the Orthoimagery for a county in wisconsin. Once it was all downloaded, i unzipped the file and found that it was actually 4 files. A shape file, and three different ortho images band 1, 2, and 3. I was under the impression that this dataset would be in color. None of the band 1, 2, or 3 images are in color and the shape file is just random shapes. Please help me understand this.
