There are several ways to accomplish it, maybe the quickest one is:
1] _MAPIMPORT the shapefile with unknown CRS
1] _ADESETCRDSYS (choosing the Albers CRS)
2] _MAPEXPORT (to shapefile, setting the destination CRS)
