I thought that the information would be in a book, but I wanted to make sure I could find the right one before spending the money.
This is exactly what I was looking for!
> Pick up a copy of the Manual of Photogrammetry 5th or maybe (6th) edition. This will cover all of what you have asked plus more on calculating image orientations. The book is not cheep but let than purchasing additional software if you only need the math portion.
