Hello everyone,

I want to map displacement! Ex: people that graduated in one school (city) and moved out to another place (city). I have a file with more than 4000 registers; have attributes showing origin and destination and number of people that moved from city A to city B. I want to map these movements by using arrows. I utilize ArcGIS 10.1; can I do that?

I appreciate any hint on doing that.
