I don't think that this sent properly the first time, so please accept my =
apologese if you've already recieved it.
I believe that in 1975 the USDA Forestry Service wrote a item of software =
called VIEWIT, which measures amongst other things, visual magnitude to be =
used in visibility studies.
I was wondering whether:
a) Anyone was still using this software?
b) Whether this software is free and in the public domain?
c) If the answer to question (b) is yes, then is there any chance that I =
could obtain a copy?
