Dear Listers:
The ARCVIEW-L list has been strangely silent on this question, so I hope to
tap into your knowledge base. A potential client wants all the geographic
information used in a project, and its derivatives, like *.apr files,
returned to them after completion. Well, we're using AV 3.2 (soon to be 8.1)
and they want it in 3.0. I have no desire reinstall AV 3.0 and work in it
for the whole project, so what are my options? Are ArcInfo 8.1 coverages
readable in AV3.0? Is it possible to save a project down to an earlier
version? What are the differences in shapefiles (and their associated dbf
files)?
