Hi List,
I have raw DEMs of 100 meters resolution which is having imperfections like
sinks and peak. The task is to create a depressionless DEM, i.e
free of sinks and peaks for Hydrologic modelling. Although there is a
process in ArcInfo to fill up the sinks but I would like to know more about
removing peaks.
As I am in doubt that the same Z_limit,( sink depth) which has been used
for filling up the sink is to be used to cut the peaks or is there any
other method?
