GISList: H20Net and ArcGIS 8.1

I am not an engineer but I do work with GIS. We are trying to figure out how
to export the valves from GIS so that H20Net will model them (H20Net models
valves as lines with 2 junctions on the end rather than a single point).

Anyone have any experience with this?
