I would be interested in such a device for my bicycle research. I have been doing a little light internet searching on small GPS units / PTU's (personal travel devices) to determine if these data capture devices would be accurate enough and practical to use with my intended subjects (cyclists). I would like to be able to either mount the device to a bike and/or enable the person to carry it on their person. If anyone has such an instrument out there, I am willing to be a guinea pig for some testing of the unit! Please keep me in the loop on any further discussion on this, thanks.

I am wondering how much interest you think there might be in a handheld data capture device? It would be fairly accurate but I hope much chaeper amd more simple to use.
Let me know.
