I own one of Garmin's GPS IIIs and it works great! Recently I took it out =
and the PDOP read 1.2 and estimated error was 15 feet. If you ask me, =
that is pretty darn accurate! I can consistently get great readings since =
the scrambling has been shut off by the Feds.

I am curious as to what the accuracy of these small gps units would=20
be? We have used a trimble pathfinder pro for submeter accuracy. I=20
have seen some small gps units which have accuracies of about 80=20
meters, which seems pretty rough for locating places or mapping=20
purposes.=20

of horses as well as other biosensors.=20

load informative colour maps as guidance to your position.
