Quick question for all:
Has anyone been utilizing the new SF1 Cenus Data lately? I have been noticing that when utilizing the centroid points that are provided in the data, and when I have created summary level tables (ie: census tracts and BlockGroups), the centroids don't seem to match the polygons. The block level points are fine but was wondering if anyone else has noticed this and whether any solutions have been found in obtaining other area levels of centroids than just blocks. I am dealing with the state of Texas data set and would not like to go by hand and insert a point into all the polygons if I don't have to.
