A list of the current (and historical) MSAs and the county or plance
components can be found at the census web site.
http://www.census.gov/population/www/estimates/metrodef.html
I do not know of a place for a zip-MSA crosswalk. Any zip code-based MSA
would be an approximation, since zip codes can cross counties and places.
