In India, there are several companies, who provide GIS services. Of which
"Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited" is one, then we have Tata Infotech,
Rolta, NIIT, HOPE, etc. You can also visit

Hi List,
I am doing a market research project to find out the utilisation of GIS/
satellite imaging for large metropolitan Corporations in India. Does
anyone know if GIS is being utilised by large City councils, Land
reclamation and Environmental impact studies. Who are the key companies
supplying services in this market?
