Hi GIS Listers
I am using ArcView GIS 3.2A, I need some help to sort out the problem that I
encountered during my usage.
System's dialog like ADDTheme ( or Shortest path, etc., ) is always coming
at the centre of the View Document. By physically i can move from one place
to other.
What I want is, during its first appearence itself, can it possible to make
it to appear in user defined coordinates ?
