Folks -
For horizontal GPS position error, check out this German website:
http://web-kn-nl.kn.op.dlr.de/main_GNSS_Monitoring/monitor_hori.html
It looks as if SA is still off, since the errors are mostly less than 5
meters in either axis.
Also, you can check the GPS status message at:
http://www.navcen.uscg.gov/gps/default.htm and click on GPS status message.
