You are correct Dimitri, errors do appear for some unknown reason in IE. But what is even more interesting is that some of the water quality data is incorrect.
The site appears to be homegrown--it is not driven by one of the major commercial browser-based GIS applications. And certain functionalities such as the display of the cursor's coordinates and instantaneous attribute display on hover are not enabled. Another nonfunction is direct export of attribute data to spreadsheet or database format.
