Hello,
I received 15 emails answering my original post. Two said they had no problems but did not specify the browser used. 13 indicated problems when browsing with IE. One of those 13 said that other than some cosmetic issues the site came up OK. Sounds like either USGS or BeyondGeo has some code that IE doesn't like.
