FYI--this morning I sent email to my USGS colleagues who support the
National Water Quality Assessment Program site. I just received word that
the message was forwarded to the developer at USGS.
Also, I hadn't replied to Dimitri yet, but I mostly experienced success
accessing the site, with one exception. I'll send additional email
(outside the list) in a few minutes about my experience, browser, etc.

Dimitri,
I've been reading your posts (and subsequent reposts, and subsequent sums)
on the GeoComm GIS list regarding problems that you've experienced with the
USGS map and BeyondGeo service.
What version of IE are you using?
Please forward the 13 email messages from folks who told you they were
having IE problems. We'll check into the issues further.
As well, anyone else who is experiencing a problem should simply click on
the "Browser issues" tool on the map toolbar to report the problem
directly.
Of course, we're extremely interested in removing any browser compatibility
issues immediately as soon as we are aware of them.
