HI
If you have Arc/Info, then my procedure will work out. It is a two step
procedure.
Step 1
Shape File is converted to Coverage file ( thr' ShapeArc command)
step 2
Coverage is converted to Dxf ( Thr' ArcDxf command)
I doubt, about the rounding errors and other errors. If anybody in our list,
can throw some light on this will be appreciated.
