There are a couple of hydro modeling extensions that come with the
sample extensions in ArcView. Under File -> extensions one of the
choices is "Browse sample extensions". Turn that on, then under File
you can choose "Browse sample extensions". Turn on the hydro modeling
extension of your choice. There is some info in the ArcView help about
the hydro modeling extension.
