What are the steps for performing a view shed on something small scale, like
a street intersection. I have very little experience in this area, so I'm
looking for step by step type guidance. I have extruded polygons
(buildings) in ArcScene, and the location of the observer, but I think that
I'm screwing something up with the grid...
