Listers,
Is there a centralized place or know articles about the outsourcing strategy
and industry across the AM/FM spectrum? I am looking for data that would
tell me projects that have been outsourced over the last 10 years or so,
what industry, vendors involved, scope of services, technology used, status
of projects, real ROI, and anything that can be gleaned. Any help or
directions to other reports or articles would be helpful, or first-hand
knowledge is always to more reliable. Thanks in advance.
