I am amazed that the Survey is still using these products, good to hear though, they are good products for what they are designed to do. Infotech Development, Inc. in Portland, OR developed to products, they were acquired by Averstar, then Averstar was acquired by Titan Systems. Go figure. Anyway, to my knowledge, they no longer support either product and any new releases are vaporware. Travis Smith who posts on this gislist is likely to respond and is likely the best person to ask. The office manager, assuming he is still there, Roger Crystal, will be able to provide more detail on the products configuration, setup, etc. From first-hand experience, Linux was the OS of choice, back before it was cool to be Linux and since it was free, it fit public domain organizations just fine. Never made it to NT platform I don't think, but SGI was supported as well as flavor of the month Unix OS. They both had some fatal flaws that limited its ability to be mainstream (hence the reason many on this list will say, LT what? Delta 3 who ?) but the original source is still out there in the public domain as LT+, an old USFS funded project back when ESRI was on version 1.x I think. Jeff Simley at the USGS RMMC was the COR for Averstar and still may be, so he is someone you could talk to inside the Survey until Travis or others chime in.
Travis, where are you ?
Good luck.

Hello All,
Sitting here wondering if anybody knows about either LT4X and/or DELTA3D for producing DLG-O's, TVC's, DEM's etc. and if you are running these programs, what is the configuration/setup of the systems and operating system that you are using. If you have ANY detail regarding these issues or know of someone who can help, please let me know...
Thanks,
RSL
