I don't think Canada has an equivalent to TIGER but, in any case I might
cross post the query to the MAP-MAC (map-mac@Avenza.com) list or just ask
Ted Florence (ted@avenza.com ) at Avenza, the Toronto based company that
makes the Mapublisher plugin for Adobe Illustrator and hosts the Map-Mac
listserv.
