Hi All:
We need to prepare a GIS needs Assessment case study supported with the
Implementation Project report for an Urban Municipal Council. This Urban
Municipal council shall handle its land information, infrastructure,
facilities, public utilities, real-esate, etc. through this GIS.
Needs for assessment should give information on long & short period needs of
the urban area. Implementation plan should be a project document on
step-by-step procedure for a master plan for next 20 years. If necessary we
need to prepare questionnaire for interviewing intelectual people to
document the 20 years master plan.
If any of you have any standard document or have information on souce of
such document, please let me know. I need to collect information from
various source to prepare my study.
