We are looking for a good parcel editing tool for land
records/cadastral maintenance such as splitting and
combining parcels using ArcInfo 8.1. Is anyone else
using a parcel editing/maintenance tool that they are
satisfied with and would recommend? We prefer an "out
of the box" program rather than custom application.
Simplicity is the key as GIS is new to most of our
mapping department employees. We have looked at
novaLIS and it looks good, but we want to look at all
of our options before we choose something.
