Thanks to Pamela Jasins who hit the nail on the head.
Origianl Question:
I am trying to install the CAD Transformation Toolbar. When I go to the
Component Category Manager to select the ESRI Mx Extensions it isn't there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I will sum.
Answer:
You need to repair the registry...
Here's what you do:
Close the component category manager.
Open a DOS session
Navigate to arcexe81ArcObjects Developer KitUtilities directory
Type FixRegistry.exe
When it finishes running, close the DOS session.
Return to the Component Categories Manager and proceed as intended. It
should
be there.
If not, I got nuttin'.
