Guess I should have been more specific. We are using dtm points and lines. We need the lines for the hard breaklines (roads, streams, etc.). So we have to create a tin. The contour lines are then made from the tin, not a grid. Also we need to bring the contour lines into AutoCAD 2000. The x and y values are there, but not the z. What do we need to do to get the z values to come into CAD. Thanks in advance.
We have contour lines created from dtm's. The contour lines are very jagged and come to sharp points. We would like these to be more smooth. Does anyone know of a way to do this? We have ArcView 8.1, 3.2a, and ArcInfo 8.1. Thanks in advance, and I will sum.
