Subject: GISList: keep track of datasets
Date:  12/10/2001 04:44:30 PM
From:  Rixanne Wehren

Hello,

Does anyone use a separate database to keep track of their datasets? For
instance, MS Access, or my old favorite Filemaker Pro. Or is there a way to
do this within ArcView 3.2a?

If so, I would love to see a sample. I need to set up something, and am
just starting to design one. the purpose would be to be able to search on
on attributes, say "vegetation in UTM-10, NAD27", and get a list of all the
datasets having those characteristics.

Will sum.

Thanks,
Rixanne
