Jim,
With ArcGIS 8, you can connect to the http://www.geographynetwork.com
server, and access FEMA flood data images...depending on what you are doing
with the data, might be helpful...

Subject: GISList: Flood maps

Is there a source for maps of flood risk zones?
They seem to exist mostly on paper, not in
GIS format. Initially I'm interested in Los Angeles
County, but the rest of the US and UK would
be valuable, too.

Thanks
Jim Geissman
