Subject: GISList: Manifold and USGS SDTS data
Date:  12/23/2001 09:22:52 PM
From:  Peter Berbee

If you trouble with USGS data, I suggest taking a look at it with the
viewer from the USGS. It is called dlgv32 and is free.

If dlgv32 shows that the data has attributes that Manifold does not pick
up, send tech@manifold.net a note. They have fixed up all my SDTS issues
quickly. Be sure to include a link to where you got the data.

By the way, checking "map fields between tables" is important.

Good luck,

Peter
