Here's the situation:
I've got a DWG file with a WLD file that positions everything really well r= elative to everything else in ArcView. We want to take that DWG file and a= dd it in as a layer to a master drawing we're accumulating with lots of lay= ers coming in from other CAD drawings and other of my GIS layers. So is th= ere a script or extension, maybe even a LISP routine that will take the ori= ginal drawing and reposition it according to the world file (so we won't be= using the WLD file anymore)?
I've tried a point transformation in CAD, then calculated and applied a rot= ation angle and needless to say the results are less than stellar.
Thanks,
