Cynthia -
I'm pretty sure that South Australian PortsCorp (originally the Dept of
Marine and Harbours) uses it, mainly to manage infrastructure. (Actually
the name of the authority may have changed yet again, as it was one of
the things not nailed down firmly enough to prevent our state government
from trying to sell it off.) Try looking at the SA Govt online atlas at
www.atlas.sa.gov.au
for more detail.
