Dear Listers,
This question is for a java programmer(not me).
He needs your suggestions regarding using Java in Web-enabled GIS
applications,
Does this require using software like ArcIms or can he implement java
classes directly.
Second, is there are any new ideas in GIS rather than tracking?
Any needed functions,requirements.
Your suggestions will help alot.
