Hi all
I've been searching an article titled: Principles and Error Theory and
Cartographic Applications, in Internet, but I didn't find it.
The FDGC uses this article in their NSSDA description.
I have doubts about what happens when the RMSEmin / RMSEmax cocient isn't
between 0.6 and 1.
The NSSDA description doesn't say anything about this particular case, and I
thought that perhaps I could find the
answer in this article.
Could somebody help me to find it, please?
