Hi list,
I'm working on a project to build a county wide hydrologic database and
surface and network model for our Drain Commissioner's office. I've been
doing a little research on similar projects around the country, and
haven't found a lot of papers on it (I have found some, but perhaps
there haven't been a lot of initiatives on this level??). If anyone out
there can point me to a paper or person to get more information on how
others have approached the project, successes and pitfalls, I'd
appreciate it.
