Peter and list,
please note that the message in question that went through the GISList had
the attachments removed.
We screen messages that are potentially a virus threat and the appropriate
action is taken. sometimes messages make it through the list, however, the
attachments (the nasty part!) is blocked from the list and thus is not a
threat to you.
All attachments are blocked from our lists and we have implemented a pretty
good filter system
Now keep in mind that you will likely receive this message from a number of
other sources so be carefull.
And please, if you get a post from the GISlist don't start a panick by
posting back to the list... we all have seen the message.
