Vector-to-Raster:
1) Put the vector image on the screen in whatever software, hit the Print Screen key, open Windows Paint and Paste.
The above works with any Windows machine. The following three work based upon the particular software and the formats which it can import / open.
2) Export from Golden Software Surfer 3) " " Wintopo 4) " " Manifold (I think)
