He's having rejection errors when trying to post to
the list.
Anyway, here's his message...
I'm very interested in getting a file of the
coordinates for the Zip+4
codes for the US. My understanding is that one can
source these from the
USPS which is effectively the TIGER file data produced
by the Census
Department. However they are not complete.
Another source is GDT. Are there any others? What are
the advantages and
disadvantages in the quality of the data of going to a
company such as GDT
as against taking the TIGER files directly.
