Does anybody have any ideas or links to existing sites or papers regarding
the use of GIS in zoning (planning, reporting, re-zoning, etc.)
Answer
URISA would have to have at least a few. They are a planning group that is
getting 'big' on GIS these days. I don't know the URL offhand, but a search
for URISA in google would probably bring it up at the top. They have a
conference every year that I have been told is presenting more and more on
GIS.
I work for a GIS Program that happens to be housed in a Planning Department.
I
could put you in touch with one of our Planners if you have any trouble
locating papers.
