SOS!
May be a simple question for many of you.............
I am developing a customized application for data maintenance on
ArcEdit platform with VB front-end. I am stuck at two essential
functionalities :
1. changing of features from one coverage to another with different
data structures. Ex : one-lane streets to be converted to district roads
2. achieving arc-point snapping for features in different coverages.
Ex : placing man-holes exactly on sewer lines. I know that SNAPCOVER
can work but somehow this does not work in VB / ODE.
