Well... If you right-click on the animation and unselect the PLAY menu option it will stop flashing and you can continue on your read! You can also disable flash animation on your browser. That should make for a easier viewing experience and get back to what this list is for... GIS!

Put simply, the GeoCommunity web site is made possible because of GIS-related advertising. If you do not understand or appreciate our advertising related business model, then please do not visit our website. As for the rest of the folks in the GeoCommunity such as Chris Weaver - thank you for your support, understanding, and positive contributions.
