hi all.... can we change the subject line for this thread?? nothing personal here, but the repetitive subject line previously being used ( "...geocomm.com nauseating") is making me cringe a bit :0)
Please keep in mind that our site and pretty much any other media outlets (FYI, that's what we are) are merely serving the needs and requests of sponsoring companies. If we get a request to incorporate flash banner ads or some other form of communication we try to accomodate the requests while also considering the impact that it will have on our audience. There is a fine balance that we try to strike and hopefully we've done so, unfortunately as the latest developments on the list reveal, it is very difficult to accomodate everyone.
cheers Glenn
