Hello Travis,
I am not sure what the geographic scope of your report will be.
If you are looking for some Canadian data as well - there are some
interesting reports purblished by the CSCA (Center for the Study of
Commercial Activity) on the use of GIS in retail environments. There was a
recent survey done which examined the type of geographic analyses that were
being used by the large retailers in Canada.
Not all their reports are limited to Canada and there may be some relevant
information related to usage, trends and so on for business geography.
Will you be sharing your results?
