Subject: GISList: MapInfo Plot - Spooling
Date:  02/14/2002 06:53:55 AM
From:  Tadi Seetharamayya

Hi list,

I am posting this mail after i tried out all the
options i have at my end.

My very much worring Problem is that i have a "HP
designjet750C+ plus" plotter with 72MB RAM which is
connected over LAN with my Workstation.

when i give plot from Mapinfo of huge images or grids
generated from ER Mapper/Geosoft the HP plotter status
shows as "spooling" with size of 42bytes but after
nearly 30 - 45minutes of spooling it suddenly
disappears and no print comes out.

And sometimes with some type of images/maps generated
through ER Mapper/Geosoft, the above same thing
happens but at the end i get a message
"INTERNAL ERROR - 31107" what does this error means?
Anybody from Mapinfo-list

The above same problem occured with "HP Designjet
800ps" plotter with 160 MB RAM and 6GB HDD.

I desperately need a helping hand reg this problem if
somebody might have already faced.

The config of workstations tried from is :
Workstation AP-500/AP-200
Pentium III
550 Mhz speed
384 MB RAM
Single processor
Using MapInfo 5.5/6.5 also
Win NT/Win2000 Operating system

Any help reg this is very much appreciated

Sincere Regards
Seetharamayya. Tadi.
