I think that this is the "snapshot is too old" message. It means that you
don't have enough rollback segments configured for your Oracle instance:
rollback segments are shared by all users and are used in a round robin
fashion to store information to allow a transaction rollback. When you get
this message it means that the rollback segment that was in use at the
beginning of your transaction has come around again and is being reused.
