Despite forgetting my product name, Global Insight Plus, here are some
larger scale data sources for you:
Azerbaijan
Try Geo Strategies in Romania (also a UK office):

Cyprus
Although part of Europe, detailed data for Cyprus is quite tricky. I have
always assumed this was due to the contentious north/south divide. Try
Spatial data Services in the UK (part of DDS in Germany).

Hello All!
Several weeks ago, I wrote looking for a data set for
Azerbaizan and Cyprus. I received two responses both
for 1:1,000,000 data sets, Global something and ADC
WorldMap.
We are greatly in need of data sets, especially for
Azerbaizan, at a higher scale. Please if anyone has
any direction to offer, please forward.
