Sorry, I've seen that, and it doesn't seem to have what I want.
It discusses lat-lon to TM2 (TWD67 and TWD97 versions) and TWD67 to TWD97,
but not TWD67 (or TWD97) coordinates to WGS84 coordinates.
Can't find the values (deltaX, deltaY, deltaZ) in the most recent NIMA lists
either !
