Dan is correct in that you most certainly can use Image Analyst to register your images. Although if you do not have this particular extension, you can download utilities from the ESRI site that will enable you to do what you are asking. The one I have used in the past for this was an extension called Image Georeferencing Tools. Recently I noticed an extension that looks as though it may be easier to use called Grid to Image Conversion / Georeference / World File Creator. If you have not accessed this section of their site prior, simply select the ArcScripts option and follow the on screen instructions. There are scripts and extensions that are freely downloadable that truly take ArcView to a different level in regard to GIS functionality.
